Yesterday 05/09/2018 I had a very strange experience at PnP. I work in Bellville, Voortrekker Road and use the PnP not too far from Middestad Mall. For the past couple of weeks I often left with settling for 2nd option at the store as what I had initially walker in to buy was not available.... Often an unsettling experience, but did not have a choice. It was often one item. Green packet of Doritoz. Yesterday I wanted to buy Doritos, eetsum more and salted peanuts with raisins. But all three were not on the shelves. Now. I ended up buying a whole lot of other things that I had not planned to buy. On top of those things that I did not plan to buy, I was overcharged for cocoa. Am not gonna go into detail about that but I just want to compliment Christa and Elwin for assisting me with that overcharge. I went to Christa and told her that the price on my slip is not the same as on the shelves, she did not hesitate and asked we go to the shelf and view the price. Now it may be company policy that when customer overcharged you follow this process, but I appreciate how Christa handled the situation. She did not make me feel a tad bit *************. Nothing major but just great interpersonal s****s. Kudos to everyone. Elwin as well who apologized for the in convenience. PnP lucky for you, you had great staff but please make sure you stock up your shelves before you open your doors. It's not nice walking out of the store without what you came for. More especially after you ran to the store during your break or little chance you had. Stock up please tu.
