Stinky meat and stinky attitude

So naturally I want to know what's potting, after the staff bring the butchery manager to me, he explains that the refrigeration unit(s) weren't working properly on Friday, and that the "fresh" pork steaks I had were actually received by them frozen (nothing of which is stated on the product packaging).</span></p> <p><span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline; color: #141823; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 16.08px; orphans: auto; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;"> So I am really curious as to what the store manager has to say about this, they instead bring me an acting GM, who right from the get go seems irate, so the butchery manager relays what he's told me, the GM doesn't even apologize nor does he even seem shocked that the store is selling me meat that has been in a faulty cold storage unit, he then tells me that if I feel it's "vrot" it must be...even though the butcher himself has stated it is visibly off never mind the smell. </span></p> <p><span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline; color: #141823; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 16.08px; orphans: auto; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;">So by this point I state that I would like to return all meat that I purchased Friday, again the GM snarkily replies that he doesn't see all the meat I purchased, he then refuses to give me his name and/or position, eventually after a heated argument he writes it down on a post it. Absolutely shocking health practice and behaviour from a senior staff member.</span></p>
