Stinky attitude

<p>Today during my lunch time I visited pick & pay to buy lunch with my colleague. When we approach the till point I read my smart shoppers card to the cashier and she called the so called " supervisor" to come authorize when the lady approached the till she pulled her face and did not greet us instead she told me to stop giving my shoppers card as this system will be falling away soon, I need to make sure I have my card with. I asked who's she talking to and she answered by saying she's talking with me she won't authorize next time I come back. After work I went to see the manager to tell him about my bad experience and he thanked me to bring the matter into his attention and she will talk to the lady. I asked him to call the lady as I wanted her to come apologies and he refused. I feel that so called " supervisor she owes me a written apology and she must deliver it at my work place before end of next week. </p>
