Stinking Service

I’d like to lay a complaint against, Eunice Palesa Mokoena, a cashier at the BP Pick n Pay Express Store in Vosloorus. She served me with a stinking attitude as if she’s doing me a favour. I called her out about this and she ignored me. Now, I’ve bought electricity from the store before and I’d paid with my card. She then insists on me paying cash for the electricity and I was like, why do I have to pay with cash when I’ve swiped before? She was like, this isn’t other Pick n Pay stores. I kept quiet and she proceeded with the electricity coupon of, which she tells me that the meter number provided is invalid and dismissed me. I left the store seething and went to another establishment adjacent to the store and I was able to buy electricity - this occurred yesterday around 20:33. As a result, I’ll never set foot in that store
