Stinking Attitude from staff tired of their jobs !!

Good Day. I was at PnP (Alex Mall) earlier today to buy a packet of cigarettes as usual. And I found a queue of about 4 people at the cigarette counter. The cashier and I assume the manager were still busy with a refund of R400+ on a client who brought back stationery. During that period of time, non of the people acknowledged us as clients that we will be assisted. And no one even apologised for the delay. Nonetheless, we patiently waited for the cashier to finish all what she was doing. And served the gentleman who was infront of me... after that this lady continued to be busy with the refund slips ... and I waited there patiently for her to finish and greet me so she can assist me. What ****ed me off is that after I waited for so long for this woman to even look at me.. let alone greeting me.. she then sat down on her cashier chair. THEN LOOKED ME IN THE EYE .. AND GREETED ME!! THEN WHEN I TOLD I wanted a 20packet of courtleigh.. and this woman mombled to her colleague that "he waits for me to sit down then tell me what he wants..." I MEAN IS THAT A WAY TO TALK TO/ABOUT CUSTOMERS ?? AFTER ALL THE TIME WE WAITED FOR THIS WOMAN TO FINISH ALL SHE WAS DOING.. AND SHE DISRESPECTS ME LIKE THAT ?? !! I WANT THIS CASHIER TO BE PUT IN LINE AND I WANT A FORMAL APOLOGY AS A PNP CUSTOMER!! I WANT THIS WOMAN TO PERSONALLY PHONE ME AND APOLOGISE FOR DISRESPECTING ME INFRONT OF THE ENTIRE PNP STAFF AND CUSTOMERS.. AND SHE STILL HAD A NERVE TO RAISE HER VOICE AND INSULT ME!!
