STINKING ATTITUDE!!

I went to Pick n Pay Hypermarket in Brackenfell on Saturday 15 February 2020 and was assisted by a cashier called "Nomaphelo". Number 1, she did not have any etiquette to greet, as she had a very unwelcoming face. 2, She did not even ask if I needed a plastic bag or not. 3, To put the icing on the cake, she let me pack my own groceries in the plastic bags and on top of that she waiting for me to finish packing my bags so that she can assist another customer. I just want to say as a loyal customer to your brand over a decade to be exact, I am utterly disappointed and disgusted in the treatment I have received. And its disappointing to see that this is the type of staff that represents your brand.
