Stinking attitude

Cheryl has a stinking attitude. On Tuesday the 17th I went to the branch to return a packet of nappies. She tried to prevent me from doing that, claiming that it's the store's policy not to take returns on baby products because "they are high risk items". When I probed further about this "risk" she spun me some ridiculous story about people presenting **** receipts and requesting refunds. When I told her that what she was saying was against the law she started talking to me in a condescending tone "sweety I know my laws" and other nonsense like that. Unfortunately for her, I KNOW the National Consumer Protection Act, and I know that it was drafted with the likes of her in mind. I asked for the manager and got my refund. But I was disappointed with how the manager handled the situation, because when I complained about Cheryl's attitude he told me that he knows that she has a bad attitude. But instead of calling her to order, he merely apologised on her behalf, while Cheryl continued giving me bad attitude. I am so disappointed at the poor leadership shown by the manager. Pity I didn't get the name.
