Stinking attitude

No greeting just grabbing and scanning and then when I asked her if I have any points she took my slip and showed me my change on the slip as the balance. Patronising me. I don’t know why but she needs to change her Attitude because she app**** for the job. She is not doing me a favour.

I am also in the service industry, I treat my customers with respect and dignity no matter what race or appearance.
