Stinking attitude

Good day, Was at PnP Mall @Reds yesterday 26 February 21, cashier who was assisting me was Sylvia Mphela. She rings up all my good and asks if I need plastic bags, I agree. She then finishes ringing up my good and begins helping another customer while my groceries are still lying there unpacked. She calls another customer to ring up their goods, I asked who is going to pack my goods? She unwillingly packs half of my groceries and stops. Continues to assist other customers and I asked her again who is going to finish packing my groceries. She starts packing up the groceries with an attitude. Am not sure if there is no packer assigned to a cashier whether the customer is supposed to pack their own groceries, please enlighten me so that next time when I go to the store am aware of such.
