Stinking Attitude.
You have hired a very illiterate Manager, No customer service skills, Bad Attitude. Worse Manager i ever come in-contact with, When we purchase and coins returned, We as customers dont look at certain things like, rust and scratches. Inform your Manager that today he has lost a customer due to a R5 that has \scratch and rust as he claimed"that he didnt want to accept"
