Still waiting on outstanding items

I order a few things from the ASAP app on 25 November 2021. The driver came at about 11H45 and told me that there’s another driver coming with the rest of my goods 4 trays milk and 4 x 3kg Omo. When I did not receive those items by the end of the day, I mailed the client support , the said they will sort it out, after many mails, hours on the line I’m still waiting. Theolene and Leiph keep on saying they looking into it and escalated it to the store by the matter is still not resolved, as a loyal Pick n pay client, I don’t think it’s fair! I missed out on all the weekend deals because I did not want to order again because of this. I need someone to get back to me because I’m this close to contact the ombudsman. I’ve been very patient with pick n pay until now.
