Still waiting on Feedback

So on 6 Feb i went to pick n pay Hyper in Brackenfell to buy a water jug for our home. On 12 Feb i used the jug to make home made ice tea for us. After pouring the hot water in i lifted the jug and the whole bottom of the jug popped out spilling all that boiling water onto me and leaving me with a second degree burn wound. It resulted in doctors appointments and having to stay home from work for 3 days to let the wound heal. it is almost a month later and the wound is still not healed. I wrote a complaint on the pnp website twice and still got no responds. Why is there no Waring label on the product if it is not suitable for hot water? <br> <br> This is highly unacceptable for pick n pay to just disregard something like this it could have been a small child that picked that jug up.<br> <br> I would appreciate a response in this matter asap please.
