Still waiting on delivery..

I placed an order yesterday and am still waiting for my delivery. I cant seem to track the order on the app anymore. Delivery was supposed to me this morning, I had a driver dropping off a few items at my house on a bike while making another delivery in my estate. Needless to say that the order was over R4000.00 how will this fit on a bike? No contact number since it states that the phone line is not being used due to COVID..
