Still waiting on call back from Manager

On Wednesday 4 March 2015<br> <br> Exactly a week ago I went into to store quite in a hurry as it was my son's birthday and I had people waiting. I got 2 cakes and s milk tart. The tiller scan my goods without me noticed she scan one of my cake s twice, on my way home in the car I checked my slip just to notice it. I called the store immediately that was about 15:20 after 5 phone calls get call cut twice I manage to get hold of a manager. Which he send someone to bring me the refund which I have advised him its not just about the refund is the inconvenience he promised me that he can't make a decision on compensation he call me back the next day. ...7 days later im still waiting on the call back
