still waiting for the call from your Ricoffy rep

around end May, i complained of white particles from a tin of ricoffy i bought from your branch( just so u know, i have suffering from irritable bowel/tummfe) ever since consuming this white particles from your coffee....Frans ( i think his name is)told me to return it, which i did, he made me write my name and no and told me the rep will call me, now almost 4 months later i still didnt receive a call from this REP, either he doesnt call on the store, or you replaced the coffee just to get rid of me and the rep never was told of this proble, whichever one it is i am not Impressed!. now i still this coffee, never opened it because i was waiting for the rep to call.so if he chose to not call me, i am taking this coffee from tomorrow, puttin in the car and when i pass by your shop i will return it because i will not consume this and i will not spend no more money on a company(ricoffy) that clearly doesnt care about its customers, i will swop this coffee for Freshpack tea, i will pay extra if the tea costs more but i will not have this coffee and certainly will never buy Ricoffy again. thank u
