Still waiting for PnP to refund me.

I have raised a complain regarding PnP Maponya Mall. And on the 17th Astra Maluleke called to enquire what happened. I related my story and I advised that I don't want the T.v. anymore and I want a refund . He said he is going to escalate this to the store manager and skyworth. I asked when will he get back to me . He said he wil get back to me the same day. 10 days later I am still waiting. Pnp this is long over due. I want my money back . This is truly appalling service.
