STILL WAITING FOR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED FROM 29TH OCTOBER

I placed an order on 29th October, 2023 at 13h34. At 14h10 I received a call from a gentleman asking if my order had been delivered. Nothing arrived. At 17h01, I received another call from the ASAP team informing me that they were running late and my order would be delivered before 18h00. I have cameras around my house and I was on the look out for the driver who never arrived. On my account status it shows "delivered" which is not the case. Nobody arrived with my order and I have opened 2 x tickets regarding my refund on the purchases. Their motto is delivery within 60 minutes?? One person responded to my ticket that was opened, Zahaan Ajmoodien by stating that the matter is now closed because it was resolved. I answered his emails and have heard nothing in 2 days? I just want my refund and will not make use of Pick n Pay ASAP again.
