Still waiting for my smart shopper winning points

<p>Rencently when pnp was holding it birthday giveaway smart shopper points competetion I was fortunate enough to win 25000 points.... I won them on the 22 June 2016 and I am still waiting for them. I went to The Howick CBD pnp where I was assisted by the owner Deejay on about the 3 of July 2016. He managed to phone through to head office where they told me it would take 10 working days for them to load. I waited with no such luck and went back to pnp. This time I went to Howick Fairways pnp where again the manager phoned through to head office. The person who helped me on the phone said he would personally make sure my points would be loaded. This was on the 28 of July... I am still waiting... If pnp wants to run competetions they must atleast deliver the prizes. I am very disappointed as I use pnp almost every day and was quite excited to win.</p>
