Still waiting for my refund for almost a month now

I have been struggling to get my refund from the ASAP APP since the 13th of August and still nothing. They said that it only takes 3-10 working days and still nothing its almost a months and now the consultant is telling me that its Bank dependent?????? How does that make sense if u giving that time frame and then after that I still have to wait because I'm the wrong bank?? The consultants are all giving me the run around for my own money!!

Clearly pick n pay is very quick (ASAP) to take the money but can't repay it as fast. This is the worst service of an app that I ever made. Please refund me so I can delete this App ASAP
