Still waiting for my refund

I paid R2148.60 for 4 paninis on Saturday 06/06/2015. I was assured that the amount was refunded and should reflect in my account. Because it was the weekend, I waited and thought it would reflect on Tuesday. I called Dakalo and he said he will give feedback. To date, I have not received anything. Can I have my money back? I am so used to the bad service at PnP that it is really pointless to complain. I hope someone will respond to this.
