Still waiting for my online delivery order........

My order which was due for delivery on Monday, 6 April 2020 has still not been delivered. I eventually got through to customer services yesterday but they could not even tell me what was going on. Being in lockdown I had planned everything around this order as I do not want to leave my house. Today I have tried twice to get hold of customer services only to be disconnected before I could even give my full order number to the agent..... All I want to know is will this be delivered or not so I can make alternative arrangements with another supermarket but cannot get this information out of Pick 'n Pay via their call center or customer services email. Shocking service will NEVER use Pick 'n Pay online ever again.
