Still the worst Pick n Pay in South Africa

<p>I've been living in Knysna for 8 years and this is hands down the unfriendliest and rudest shop in town.</p> <p> </p> <p>So as they just finished with a huge renovation this week it was with great excitement that I went to our Pick n Pay hoping that not only the shop(which looks great) but also the staff has improved.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has not.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked one of the staff members where they keep the sugar and gluten free biscuits and the reply was: I don't know-I don't eat biscuits.</p> <p> </p> <p>There was only one till open and a staff member was busy doing her private shopping. She had quite a lot of items and was scanning and paying for items individually-obviously buying for lots of different people-which was taking a lot of time.</p> <p>I asked if there was a different till I could use(some staff was on their tills but I couldn't tell if they were cashing up or open). Three staff members looked at me like I was speaking Russian. No reply. I then asked a lady who looked like a manager. I was told the staff member was there before me and I have to wait. </p> <p> </p> <p>I truly believe the staff at Pick n Pay Knysna are extremely unhappy with their working conditions-there is no other reason why they would be so consistently rude to customers. </p>
