Still no response

I was at the opening of the Hyper and the 20kg dog food was on special, but non available. My name was placed onto the rain check list. I fiollowed up for 3 months and still no stock. I lodged a complaint in December on hello peter and tried to contact the call center with no luck. Now nearly 6 months later and still no service
