Still No Refund – No Response & No Accountability

I am following up AGAIN regarding my order (#***), which was marked as delivered but was never received.

I logged this matter under Request #*** and Refund ***, but I am still being taken back and forth with no resolution. Support has been inconsistent, and even now I am still not receiving any response.

I have been waiting with no progress, no accountability, and no urgency from your side. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

This now serves as a FINAL REQUEST. If this matter is not resolved within 24 hours, I will escalate it further through the relevant consumer protection channels.

Please treat this as urgent.
