still no help
i canceled flights through flightsite over a month ago,yet i have not heard anything about a refund.I keep speaking to mariaam at the call center and she assures me it will happen,when will this happen.I got a response from pnp to say read the terms and conditions,im not a idiot,i did read them.Flight site is quick to take the funds yet does not want to give you feed back or anything.It is a lot of money.Who can help me or do something please.

As per the T's and C's on the Flight Site website, refunds may take up to 8 weeks and in exceptional cases even longer>>> https://www.flightsite.co.za/travel/terms-and-conditions/
