Still no fridge and no response from Pick n Pay

Bought a fridge that was supposed to be delivered 24 September. No delivery. After lots of arguments I was informed that the suppliers don't have stock but will have end of October. End of October came and went....nothing. I asked the manager, Elson, for updates and he promised regular updates. That remained at promises....No updates. When I phone he tends to get rude. Almost 2 months later and still no delivery although they were paid. They promise feedback and does not deliver. NO desire on their side to make sure client is happy . As long as they have the money they don't care about the customer VERY BAD SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
