still no delivery to my area
<p>So Online shopping line shopping is the most convenient thing to do, especially with children.</p> <p>I have contacted the call centre on several occasions over the a period of 10 months to request for my area to be part of areas to which they will deliver. I have also suggested my residential area on the website.</p> <p>This is pathetic as there is 1 main road separating the Grassy park area from Retreat area. They deliver to Retreat but Grassy park. Distance from between retreat to grassy Park is less than 500m.</p> <p>Zeekoeivlei and Grassy park is 500m distance between AND STILL NO DELIVERY TO GRASSY PARK</p> <p>What is the excuse that they won't deliver to my residential area!!!!!! This is rather frustrating that I have to have my groceries delivered to a family members house in Retreat.</p> <p>Your speedy response and solution would greatly be appreciated</p>

Currently not all stores do Online Shopping. The delivery service is available in restricted areas as offered on our Websites. Whilst we endeavor to expand our coverage, we reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, including areas previously covered by our service.
Grassy park is currently not a deliverable area; we will send your address to our online division as a suggestion for consideration in future development.
Until such time that your area does become available, you can take advantage of our click n collect option. This option allows you to do your shopping online and can have your order picked up at one of the click n collect stores as listed on the website.

This doesnt make sense, as the 2 neighbouring areas are on your list. Therefore the stores used to do there online shopping can be used for grassy park as well. Kindly check aerial view of Grassy park, Retreat and Zeekoei vlei
