Still cant use PnP data
I got the store to rica my pnp mobile sim after 3 visits. Now when I try to link it to my smart shopper it sends an OTP to my pnp sim no and gives a technical error, I contacted the mobile helpdesk and was told my ID was not registered and that the IT team would get back to me which they never did. Useless company

I have been trying to link my smartshopper card to the PnP sim without success. I contacted the mobile helpdesk and Kaylin said my Iccid no used for the Rica is incorrect. It has 10 digits instead of the usual 19. Therefore it does not work and cannot be linked.
Please provide the contact details of management so that it can get resolved immediately.
