Stikeez - Do not want to issue when in stock again

We drove all the way to PicknPay Lemon Tree on Saturday afternoon to do our shopping, which we could have done at Checkers that is just around the corner from us but decided to go to PicknPay due to the Stikeez that our Son collects. When we got to the till there was a sign up to say that Sorry we out of Stock with Stikeez. Having a Full Trolley we continued but asked that we want the Manager to write on the Till Slip that they will give us the 5 Stikeez when they get stock again. Firstly the lady had a stinking attitude telling me rudely that she will CALL THE MANAGER. Then the Manager Shaun eventually came and then told me that he will not do it as are not allowed to. 3 Customers after me came and complaint and also told him like I did that you cannot advertise things and do not have and then secondly refuse to give it when you do get them. This is just poor management and totally unacceptable. 3 Customers left PicknPay on Saturday telling him tha we will not ever return to his PicknPay again. So you better ensure that you give me my Stikeez that I am due and I have my Till Sip of R747.54 on Sat 29/08 at 17:54. I will not accept this and will gladly take this to the TCF Act.
