Stikeez

I did my shopping as normal Friday 4 September. I did send a query to the customer service, but have not received an answer. Reference 476680. Sent twice. No response. I did my shopping at pick and pay N1 city. Qualified for 7 Stikeez. When I already paid they said they have no more Stikeez and they have phoned around and no one will give them any and they won't be getting any more. They did not have any signs up, and just said sorry, we won't have any more. My friend's son was there the next day and they did have stock and he had no problem getting his. So where do I stand now please. Can I still get my Stikeez? They thought it was a big joke by the way.
