Stickees -choking hazard/ Safety complaint

One of the Stickeez fell off our fridge and my two year old got hold of it. He went to bed with his bottle but when I checked in on him, I found him laying in his bed chewing on the stickee. he must have had it in his hand all along. It never occurred to me that this small toy could be a potential chocking hazard. I am now also concerned with the content of the product because it's made of flexible rubber/ plastic I'm not sure if it contains harmful plasticizers. The EU banned six harmful plasticizers from being used in kids toys suitable for kids under 3.
