Stephina Mantsha: Clueless on Customer Care!

Kollonade Retail Park Branch: I asked the lady for clarity on having been charged a different amount than that on the price at the shelve. I'll give it to her that she looked for someone to assist as there was none at the Customer Service desk. She came back to simply say she "couldn't find anyone", that's it. Nothing further. I ended up saying I'll just get a refund. Oh, she did not hesitate to direct me to the relevant desk. What happened to customer retention? Top it all off, she was chewing gum recklessly!
