STEER CLEAR OF PICK N PAY ONLINE
Due to the exceptional bad service at Pick 'n Pay Faerie Glen with rude and unhelpful staff, long queues or no open tills I thought I would try online. NEVER EVER USE THEIR ONLINE SHOP! First - they charge you to deliver regardless of how much you spend, unlike other retailers. Then I opted to do the collect option - where you book a slot and are told all will be ready. What a disaster. First you ask a security guy to try and locate the staff to bring your order, then no one answers, at last they find someone, then they have not prepared the item (only bought one large item) or the paper work. Took me aa very long time to collect the item - not worth it at all!

If you want to make online work have a better and more efficient collection model in place. Why are all the trollies not standing there, with papers in it and ready to just collect maybe at one of the existing counters?
And why do online collections not qualify for for example the stickers - last time I was told that it is excluded from those benefits.
