*****ing peoples money!!!

I am not happy with The Bottles app. During Lockdown i ordered items from Pick and Pack through the Bottles App as they were the company that teamed up with Pick and Pay to deliver food to your door. I ordered and payed, items were delivered to me but not all the items i paid for. They do state on their app that they will refund you the items that were not in stock. My order was placed on the 6th of April and delivered but till today 18 April i have not received any communication from them. I send several emails to support about this and even phoned where i was assured that the refund will happen in 7 days from delivery. But still nothing!! This to me is very poor and to me they are *****ing your money!! Their communication system is pathetic! i would not recommend them at all
