*****ing from the poor.
On the 12 of June I went to Pick n Pay in Brixton. I purchased Petleys dog food that was advertised at buy any 5 for R100.00. When I arrived home, I realised I was charged R27.23 per tin, instead of R20.00 as advertised. I went back the following day to point it out and was expecting a refund..... instead I was told that the store would have to take it up with head office and that I should return the next day. On the same day, I purchased some oranges. It stated get 20% discount. Nothing..... I then wrote a complaint on the PnP website. I am still waiting for a reply...... This is a poor area and this is how you treat your clients. NOT Acceptable. I am not interested in some lame apology. PnP.... show that you are serious about your customers and the community. I would like you to make a donation to the less fortunate in the area.
Good day Tertia
