*****ing from Pensioners using a "REDUCED TO CLEAR" sticker

Fooling us with "REDUCED TO CLEAR" I purchased a reduced to clear product but at the till they scanned full price I paid and left Canal walk.

When I got home I checked and noticed that I was charged R52.99 and not R20 like on the REDUCED TO CLEAR sticker.

I then went to PnP Observatory, were I was told that they cannot help me, its 2 different Pick n Pay's, is what they said. The manager said they don't sell that stuff... all I wanted was the difference in money. The way 3 individuals looked at me like I am a piece of **** further put me over the edge and I want an apology from the staff!!!!!!

I want my and my mothers money back!!!!!

My pensioner mother bought the same R52.99 she was charged for a R20 REDUCED TO CLEAR item and then R31.99 for R12 spinach.

I want her to get her money back, it makes me sick to think that when she went in to the shop they also gave her the same excuses!!! A pensioner being treated like this makes me SICK!!! and Pnp should be ASHAMED.

I want my petrol for driving to Obersavatory AA rate is R4,60 and the address is in Woodstock to Observatory Pnp. And I have no option of going back to Canal Walk because of the cost of petrol.... work that out and PnP will be owing me more money.

This is DISGUSTING service!!!!!!! So it was not PnP Observatory that was responsible as they said!!!!!!!! the lady that scanned is responsible... doesn't she work for PnP????????? did she get training?????? who else does she do this to????? but its not Pnp's problem.

Is PnP not responsible??????????????????????????

The 3 individuals needs to know how to look at the customer... I can't explain how they looked at me... I was asking for my money that I was ****** of (it was a mistake yes) but your staff treated me like ****.
