STAY FAR AWAY FROM LANGEBERG MALL PNP

WORST WORST AND WORST experience ever from pick n pay in langeberg mall mosselbay. Went there on Saturday 7th of March 2020 to purchase a phone. there was a African lady that was helping us and made some small talk while doing everything and a manager as well as a female manager was there assisting customers in the lotto part. The cashier helping us asked me which sim card i wanted which i answered i dont need one as i am going to be using the one i have now. The female manager (HEIDI) started glaring at my wife and i and all of a sudden she shouts at me in front of all those customers (U WILL TAKE A SIM CARD AND GIVE YOUR ADDRESS ETC) just because i asked the cashier that i did not want a sim card with the phone. before that i opened the box etc to have a look at the phone and when Heidi came behind the till she said to other staff for what is he opening it and now he will buy it comments like those (UNACCEPTABLE) in the first place. so after the sim card story i said to her who does she think she is to talk to a customer like that and that i did not app her comments, thats when all went down hill. she starting screaming at me and where in the heat of the moment i told her who the f***k you talking to and then she carried on embarrassing us in the front of the store like that. after she finished yelling at us she walks to the front of the door talking loudly to other staff pointing at us etc. All this just because i did not want a sim card. At the end of the transaction i did not get a sim card in any case because the stuff did not want to work. HEIDI is the rudest manager i have ever seen and should be fired for talking to customers like that. it is not the first time that she has been reported yet she is still management. i run 3 big guesthouses and purchase all of the products there. i will not and have not since Saturday put my feet in that store again!!!! please all be aware of this woman. clearly she is mentally unstable or something!
