Stay away from PnP online. Not worth the hassle.

I'm disappointed with Pick n Pay click and collect. First, the order was a day later than it was meant to be. PnP needs to sort themselves out-ensure that when customers order online, and theres a flood of orders, notify us and give us the option to cancel for free. I used the option because it would be safer during these COVID-19 times. And I responsed to the email about the order being late- my response wasn't even acknowledged. Im also disappointed with the shopper, I selected 6x one litre bottles of lactose free milk. The version they packed, isn't long life. This milk is supposed to last me the entire month. What am I supposed to do with milk that will all be expired by the 12th?? It really is sad because I used the online version before and it was convenient and a delight. I'm really disappointed.
