I pleaced my order at 10:53 and till now, 14:28 they claim they cannot deliver my order due the global outage!! For piets sake I live 12 minutes away from the store and due to poor management and their competent dispacth team leaders and managers they claim my order is ready and they are struling to manually assign a driver.
