Stay away from ASAP.

I’ve purchased from ASAP before and their service has always been questionable but I thought I’m being critical cause I’ve had excellent service from Checkers 60 so I kept giving them a try and they were still not great but delivered. Never on time though. However things really started getting bad recently, waiting for orders for more than 2 hours and their pathetic customer care that never pick their phones up. If it’s not items being out of stock, it’s incorrect items being delivered or it's w not refunding you for those items. Instead of wasting money on upgrading your app, invest in teaching customer service.
