When are you going to stop full trolleys from using the express isle? What a lot of BS! I've got three items and there are three trolleys on front of me with 30 items? So much for an express isle.

The tellers are also 'gatvol' of this too because i ask the how they feel about it. It is far quicker to take your two items and stand in the queue that is supposed to be for trolleys. It is just so f'ing frustrating. Peoples stupidity has no bounds! Put a pole in the middle of the aisle so no trolley can enter it.
