standing on food shelf in fridges

I have already reported this to the management at PnP Irene mall in Centurion, as well as on the PnP website, but my complaint is ignored.<br> <br> The staff that happen to be short who cant reach the top shelves of the open fridges STAND on the lowest shelf with their dirty shoes among the food that we are supposed to buy while packing or whatever it is that they do in the fridges ***? why is this complaint ignored? This practice is unhygienic and NOT normal or acceptable.
