Standing around like cattle
<p>Just been to pick n pay on the bluff to buy 1lt bottle of cream and it was **********. Lines of customers standing around like cattle waiting to be served. Only 3 till points being used while other employees just stood around. The kiosk was non operational. Left my cream and walked out. Thoroughly unimpressed!</p>
