Standard rule of refund or exchange.

I bought a single electric blanket, within 2 weeks it did not work!!! Took it back to Picknpay where I bought and they had to call someone to give them permission as to whether refund or exchange. And behold!!! It has to be taken back to the factory to be assessed!!! Then if I'm lucky they will give me a new one. I mean, why not do that from the beginning because the thing doesn't work!!! Not a good impression really.
