Stamp action is total false sales practice.

Pick and Pay Vivo stamp action is pure false sales practice. We went shopping at Princess Crossing Johannesburg, went for the Vivo item...'sorry, no stock' but the action is going to continue until the 15th of August. After lodging a complaint, Pick and Pay answered a couple of days later saying it is escalated to 'management'. And there the wheels come off as in this country 'to manage' is something totally not understood an certainly not at Pick and Pay. After a follow up email...no response whatsoever. We went back to the shop, guess what, nobody had an idea the action was longer than the date mentioned on the stamp form. There is nothing mentioned on the terms and conditions 'if no stock this and that'. Thus this is false sales practice. Cherry on the cake, the stamps cannot be redeemed outside the valid period. So Pick and Pay, this is the last you have seen of me in your old fashioned unpleasant shops. My Checkers around the corner has recently reopened and is a state of the art shopping experience!
