Stale ribs and stale chicken

I ordered 2 Platters yesterday. I just picked them up. I was extremely disappointed with the final product.

The ribs were so hard as if they were not properly cooked and were dripping this basting cheap sauce.

The chicken was so dry as if it was stale.

I have bought platters before I have never been so dissatisfied with platters like these.

Pick 'n Pay Observatory you have embarrassed me. I will bring back this ******* back tomorrow.
