Stale food sold at PNP vangate mall

Pnp in vangate mall sells stale food especially when you buy through Mr D, on the 24th I bought Russians that expired on the 22nd when I raised the matter nobody bothered about the complain on my 5th email the service consultant offered refund for 1 packet whereas I had bought 3 and they were all stale. This wasn't the 1st neither 2nd time of receiving stale items from this shop!
