Stale food/ rude manager

I was sold stale Vienna cheese rolls,which expired today 30/09/2025.when you report they say , you must bring it to the store, so who must pay for transportation. I'm really disappointed with Pick 'n Pay protea Glen , firstly it was the Manager at the liquor store Thulani .I was sold brutal fruit, that was leaking, imagine we were going to a picnic,when we got to the venue some of the bottles were half because they were picking.today I got a chance to go to the store to report the matter the manager Thulani was rude , he told me he can't help me I must bring those brutal fruit,forgetting that I use my own money money transport, never trust the pick n pay liquor promotions.that means these something wrong with that item,
