Stale cake

I bought cake at Menlyn that turned out to be stale such that we couldn't even eat it. I emailed a complaint on 19 Dec, supp**** receipts and photos of the actual horrible cake. I was promised a call by the Store which never happened and now suddenly today I receive an email that my call has been closed even though no one even bothered to call me. Terrible! By the way my mom's phone was ****** at Mall of Africa Pick n Pay even then I phoned and emailed Pick n Pay with no help, they even refused to view camera footage.
