Stage 4 lymphoma cancer survivor and sick baby still waiting on delivery while money is also gone

I placed an order for delivery at pic n pay asap yesterday after 16h00. At 19h29 I called customer service and they advised that a driver was assigned and unassigned. The agent said he will try to get another driver and call me back. Not only did he not call back but I received no communication via the app as it just kept saying waiting on a driver. The items that was in the order was very needed especially the gas canister as I didn’t have gas to make food and I am a stage 4 cancer survivor with a one year old baby that is sick. Now the money that was deducted from my card is still not refunded and yet the order was cancelled which is what I saw this morning. So how am I supposed buy anything if this was my last funds that I used. I now have to wait for days to get my money back. Can you describe a more horrific type of service in a more convincing way. This affected my family’s well being so negatively. I could have ordered at 60/60 which gives much better service. DISGUSTING
